Reduce the size of added data to allow long-term use of the app. For instance 2 years of daily use equals 8,8GO..

This is more about providing options to run the store the details on any cloud service (including self hosted options) so ot ios devices are not filling up and no need to keep paying more for storage.

Side note - did the OP state they breached 8.8 in just two years? How many transactions and how let’s were the attachments?

I see lack of server options as a main negative.
